Terms of Service

Welcome to LuminQi. By using our Service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

LuminQi provides AI-based feng shui analysis tools, including photo analysis, room designer, almanac lookup, BaZi (Four Pillars) analysis, and fortune calculators. Analysis results are based on traditional Eight Mansions and Flying Star calculations, with AI-assisted interpretation.

2. Disclaimer

Feng shui analysis is provided for reference and entertainment purposes only. LuminQi does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of analysis results and is not responsible for any decisions made based on the Service. Feng shui is a cultural tradition and should not replace professional architectural, medical, or financial advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Each person may register one account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free users get 3 full feng shui analyses. Beyond the free quota, you need to purchase an analysis pack or subscribe to a membership plan. Specific pricing and included features are shown on the pricing page.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through Creem
  • Monthly/yearly subscriptions auto-renew at each cycle unless you cancel in advance
  • One-time analysis pack purchases are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding elements of LuminQi are protected by copyright. Feng shui analysis reports you generate are for your personal use and may not be commercially resold.

7. Prohibited Conduct (Acceptable Use Policy)

To maintain platform safety and compliance, the following are strictly prohibited. Violation of any item below will result in immediate account termination without refund:

  • No NSFW or adult content — Do not upload or generate any nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, sexually exploitative, or adult content.
  • No violence, hate, or harassment — Do not upload graphic violence, abuse, hate speech, discrimination, or content harassing any individual or group.
  • No deepfakes or impersonation — Do not upload other people's photos for deepfake generation, identity impersonation, or non-consensual likeness processing.
  • No illegal content — Do not upload or generate content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), drugs, weapons, terrorism, or human trafficking.
  • No unauthorized access — Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, bypass paywalls, or compromise the system.
  • No automated abuse — Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to make bulk API requests.
  • No misrepresented resale — Do not commercially resell AI-generated analysis results misrepresented as professional feng shui master advice.

LuminQi reserves the right to review all uploaded content and will cooperate with law enforcement on any illegal activity.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. Major changes will be communicated in advance. If we terminate the Service, paid users will receive a prorated refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuminQi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
